Abstract:

一种仿生昆虫属于仿生机器人领域。本发明通过在二维材料自支撑迈克烯(Ti3C2Tx)薄膜层间梯度填充石蜡(一种高热膨胀率烃链聚合物材料),利用迈克烯(Ti3C2Tx)和石蜡的极大热膨胀差,直接在材料中构造膨胀差异,使其在光、热信号刺激下产生特定幅度弯曲,摆脱了双层结构的限制,大大提高了驱动器工作效率,从而可应用于仿生昆虫中。薄膜可被氧化石墨烯薄膜、碳纳米管薄膜等热导性高,具有分层特性的二维材料替代。石蜡材料可以其他存在固液转化或高热膨胀率材料替代,如PDMS、液晶、水凝胶等。
