Abstract:

复合晶型三维枝状红磷单质光催化剂的可控制备及水分解制氢的应用,属于催化剂技术领域。通过采用化学气相沉积(CVD)的可控制备工艺,以无定形红磷(RP)作为前驱体,在金属铋(Bi)助催化剂的参与下,成功制备了具有复合晶型结构的三维枝状红磷单质光催化剂(DRP)。该DRP光催化剂由Hittorf晶型的RP纳米线(“主干”)和纤维晶型的RP纳米棒(“分支”)组成,从而构建了具有复合晶型的异质结结构,有利于光生电荷的分离和转移。该DRP单质光催化剂展现出了优异的可见光水分解制氢性能(1027μmol h‑1 g‑1)和稳定性。
