一种蜗轮副双面啮合测量仪精度校准方法属于精密测试技术与仪器领域。为保证蜗轮副双啮仪精度，对以下项目进行测量调试：蜗杆头座、尾座导轨平行度；头座、尾座移动平行度；头座、尾座芯轴母线平行度；头座、尾座芯轴同轴度；蜗轮移动滑架、蜗轮测量滑架的移动平行度；蜗杆滑架移动方向与蜗轮移动滑架移动方向的垂直度；头座、尾座移动方向与蜗轮移动滑架移动方向的垂直度；回转轴轴线与头座、尾座顶尖轴线的垂直度；要保证以上项目精度均在规定范围内。
