Abstract:

一种缺陷增强的钨掺杂氮化碳光催化剂的制备方法,属于光催化材料技术领域。该方法包括如下步骤:将三聚氰胺与偏钨酸铵液相混合,旋蒸、干燥去除去离子水;将干燥产物在马弗炉中煅烧,自然冷却到室温得到钨掺杂氮化碳材料;将所得产物在氢气条件下520℃煅烧30‑90min,钨掺杂氮化碳光催化剂中引入更多缺陷,得到缺陷增强的钨掺杂氮化碳光催化剂。本发明提供的一种缺陷增强的钨掺杂氮化碳光催化剂具有良好的光催化分解水制氢;采用本发明的方法所制备的缺陷增强的氮化碳载流子分离效率高,有利于光催化活性提高。
