本发明提供一种用于分解N2O的金属成型催化剂,通过将分子筛载体高温煅烧预处理、和助剂捏合成型等步骤后,再经过金属改性,得到具有高催化活性、高机械强度和高温稳定性的成型催化剂。所述金属成型催化剂既能满足对N2O高效分解的同时,又不会影响NO和NO2的产量,对硝酸行业废气的减排起到了积极作用。
