Abstract:

一种聚烯烃锂离子电池隔膜改性方法,属于锂离子电池隔膜领域。将步骤1)预处理的聚烯烃隔膜浸渍于含钙盐的聚阳离子电解质溶液中,10~100min后,取出洗净,再浸渍于含硅酸钠的聚阴离子电解质溶液中10~100min,这样,在聚阳离子电解质和聚阴离子电解质依静电作用进行组装的同时,钙盐中的Ca2+与硅酸钠的SiO32~离子原位反应,在聚电解质中生成硅酸钙无机纳米粒子;重复该步骤1~6次,在聚烯烃多孔隔膜表面构筑了不同组装层数的有机/无机杂化复合层;然后干燥即可。隔膜具有较好的热稳定性和充放电稳定性。
