Abstract:

一种利用钙元素和硫元素含量评价和选择粉末活性炭吸附偶氮类染料性能的方法,属水处理技术领域。本发明构建以钙元素和硫元素含量为特征指标的评价方法,综合考虑碘值、亚甲蓝值及比表面积等常规指标,优化用于偶氮类染料吸附去除的PAC评价及优选方法。粉末活性炭用超纯水洗净、煮沸并烘干后,测定其钙元素和硫元素含量,同时测定碘值、亚甲蓝值、比表面积及对应的吸附容量,确定五种指标与粉末活性炭的偶氮类染料吸附容量的相关系数分布特征,最终根据指标相关性,匹配吸附偶氮类染料PAC的指标。本发明针对偶氮类染料有机物特性,采用PAC中钙元素、硫元素含量作为评价PAC的关键指标,解决目前针对偶氮类染料的PAC评价和优选指标不精准、不全面的问题。
