Abstract:

本发明涉及非晶涂层技术领域,具体公开了一种提升非晶涂层耐蚀性的方法及应用。该提升非晶涂层耐蚀性的方法通过预极化处理非晶涂层来形成钝化膜,所述非晶涂层由热喷涂方式制备得到,所述非晶涂层的孔隙率低于0.6%。本发明在不采用外加封孔材料的基础上,采用强制预极化的方法,来强制加快钝化膜的进一步钝化,改善了非晶涂层弱结合界面、缺陷处及其附近钝化膜薄弱且不均匀的问题,促进了这些位置处钝化膜的生成及均匀化,减少了容易优先腐蚀的薄弱位置,实现了提高非晶涂层长期耐蚀性的目的。且该方法简便、成本低,适于工业化推广。
