Abstract:

一种提高镁合金耐磨耐蚀性能的方法属于激光加工制造领域。熔覆涂层材料的成分为:Si : 10.00~14.00wt%、Cu : 0.50~1.60wt%、Mg : 0.40~1.00wt%、Ti : 0.20~0.60wt%、Zr : 0.20~1.10wt%、TiN : 5.00~15.00wt%,余量为Al。激光功率P=1.0~4.0KW,圆形光斑直径d=0.5~3.0mm,激光扫描速度V=5~40m/min,搭接率为40~50%,离焦量为+2~+8mm,送粉速率为30~90g/min,保护气体为氩气,流量为15~30L/min。激光熔覆后,采用硅酸盐系电解液进行微弧氧化处理,微弧氧化电源电参数电压为200~500V,脉冲频率为400~800Hz,占空比为10~20%,电流密度为10~20A/dm2,微弧氧化时间为20~30min,本发明可显著提高镁合金表面硬度、耐磨性能与耐腐蚀性能。
