Abstract:

本发明提供了一种促进硅酸盐水泥水化的调控胶凝材料。本发明提供的材料水化硬化快,早期强度优异的水泥基复合胶凝材料。该复合胶凝材料包括以下质量分数配制的原料:无水硫铝酸钙:27~68份、石膏:29~68份、亚硝酸锂:2~5份、乙二醇单异丙醇胺:0.14~0.29份、三乙醇胺乙酸酯:0.04~0.09份、聚合甘油:0.04~0.09份。本发明通过无水硫铝酸钙、石膏、熟料矿物的协同水化反应、早强剂的强化增溶作用,加快各熟料矿物的溶解与水化,进而提高硅酸盐水泥的早期强度。
