Abstract:

以发酵污泥为碳源快速培养短程反硝化菌及产生NO2‑的装置与方法,属于污水生物处理领域。装置包括污泥贮存罐、硝化液原水箱、污泥发酵耦合短程反硝化序批式反应器、出水箱。剩余污泥混匀后进入污泥发酵耦合短程反硝化反应器,完成污泥水解酸化,然后硝化液进入反应器内,实现NO2‑的产生。在污泥发酵耦合短程反硝化反应器中,污泥发酵微生物首先进行发酵将剩余污泥转化为易降解有机物,实现污泥减量并为短程反硝化提供碳源;在污泥发酵完成后,以发酵产物为碳源实现短程反硝化。该方法将污泥发酵与短程反硝化结合在一起,应用于污水生物处理中,在节约占地面积、节约碳源以及实现污泥减量化、无害化、资源化的基础上,实现NO2‑的积累。
