Abstract:

本实用新型提供了一种适用于低温长波红外探测器的微透镜阵列,属于半导体器件领域。包括增透膜、微透镜阵列和底面,该微透镜阵列填充因子为100%,红外探测器焦平面光能利用率80%以上。进而将该微透镜阵列应用于红外探测器前端,提高整体器件的灵敏度。
