Abstract:
激光熔覆合成陶瓷相增强钴基熔覆层及其制备方法,涉及激光熔覆技术。激光熔覆陶瓷相增强合金粉末是由钴基合金粉末与硼化物、碳化物硬质颗粒和粘结剂组成,其质量组成为:86~87%钴基合金粉末,6~8%的B4C粉末,1~2%的Cr3C2粉末,4~5%的粘结剂制备成合金组合粉末。本发明的激光熔覆耐磨涂层既有较高的硬度、韧性,又具有良好的耐磨性,特别适用于激光熔覆高冲击、高耐磨工况零部件,以及汽车覆盖件模具的改善和增强。
