Abstract:
一种低成本高性能稀土镁合金及其制备方法,属于合金技术领域。对主要含有高固溶度元素(Gd,Y和Nd等)的稀土镁合金,添加Zn和Ca等合金元素引入基面LPSO相和基面γ’相,采用重力铸造+T4固溶处理复合风冷或水冷等冷却方式+T6峰值时效热处理或者采用重力铸造+T4固溶处理复合风冷或水冷等冷却方式+热挤压+T5峰值时效热处理或者采用重力铸造+T4固溶处理复合风冷或水冷等冷却方式+热挤压+热轧制+T5峰值时效热处理等制备工艺,促进β’相析出,在保证降低合金成本的前提下,提高合金力学性能,解决稀土镁合金高成本与高性能倒置的共性问题。
