Abstract:

本发明公开了铁磁性材料磁致伸缩曲线的SH0模态超声导波测量方法,采用基于磁致伸缩机制的电磁超声传感器在铁磁性薄板中激励并接收SH0模态超声导波并提取其波包的幅值,代入理论公式反演出材料的磁致伸缩系数。通过改变基于磁致伸缩机制的电磁超声传感器的静态偏置磁场强度,重复上述测量过程,即可得到磁致伸缩系数与静态偏置磁场强度的关系曲线,也即薄板材料的磁致伸缩曲线。该方法可以直接应用于工程现场,对电工钢或磁致伸缩带材的磁致伸缩曲线进行快速无损评价,测得的SH0模态超声导波幅值与偏置磁场的关系曲线也可用于材料应力和微观结构变化的表征。
