本申请提供一种预测室内温度分布的方法及装置。其中，所述方法包括：根据温度预测模型，建立针对单一温度预测点的以若干室内温度变化值为自变量的室内温度预测函数；获取分布设立于室内的若干温度预测点；求解所述室内若干温度预测点在对应所述室内温度预测函数中作为因变量的若干温度值，生成室内若干温度预测点的若干温度值；根据所述室内若干温度预测点温度值，生成室内温度分布数据。
