Abstract:

本发明公开了一种抑制Pt‑Co纳米线合成过程中Co元素弥散析出的制备方法,该方法操作简单、重复性高,且可以得到钴含量较高的Pt‑Co合金一维纳米线。本发明可用于制备具有较高催化性能的燃料电池阴极氧还原反应(ORR)、析氢反应(HER)、乙醇氧化反应(EOR)等反应的催化剂。本发明的制备方法高效,综合了油浴法和化学还原法制备一维纳米线的优势,解决了水热合成法中Co元素弥散析出、含量较低的问题。
