Abstract:

本发明公开了一种多通泵浦Yb : YAG双包层平面波导激光放大器,本发明在平面波导侧面进行切角,采用对称多通泵浦的方式,波导外形为对称多边形结构,泵浦光进入波导后,在两个反射面间来回反射,多次通过芯层,在反射一定次数后,泵浦光会折返回来,大幅提升泵浦吸收长度,有效提高泵浦吸收效率,并且对称泵浦使泵浦光在结构内对称分布,提高了增益介质的泵浦吸收均匀性,减小增益介质中心和侧面的温度梯度,改善热效应。制备方式采用键合技术,使得平面波导放大器整体结构更加简单紧凑,本发明的侧面切角对称多通泵浦平面波导结构具有较大的功率体积比,易于实现小型化、大功率的工程应用。
