本申请实施例提供一种振动传感器的状态监测方法、装置及系统，该振动传感器的状态监测方法包括：获取振动传感器在工作过程中其角度的变化量和/或位移的变化量；基于所述角度的变化量和/或所述位移的变化量确定所述振动传感器的固定状态。本申请实施例提供的振动传感器的状态监测方法，通过监测振动传感器的固定状态，提高振动传感器测量数据的准确率。
