Abstract:

一种制备近α型高温钛合金层状组织结构的热加工及热处理工艺,属于钛合金制备技术领域。首先将经两相区锻造的高温钛合金在低于其β/(α+β)相转变点以下30~35℃范围内保温55~65min后空冷,得到等轴组织;然后在低于其β/(α+β)相转变点以下15~20℃范围内保温55~65min,并直接进行热轧;随后在其β/(α+β)相转变点以下85~90℃范围内保温10~15min并直接进行热轧,获得具有αp/αs微纳层状组织结构的高温钛合金板材,再进行稳定化和时效热处理。本发明不仅大大提高了高温钛合金的拉伸性能,使合金的抗拉强度(σb)和屈服强度(σ0.2)均得到提高,而且其延伸率(δ)略有升高。
