Abstract:

一种微热管阵列式梯级相变蓄热系统,属于相变蓄热领域。该系统由n级(n≥2)微热管阵列式相变蓄热装置、冷源、热源及连接管路组成。第1级相变蓄热装置到第n级蓄热装置分别依次承载相变温度递减的相变材料。其中,微热管阵列式相变蓄热装置是以微热管阵列为核心传热元件,装置下部为供热段,中部为蓄热段,上部为放热段,在这种形式下,可有效地扩展流体侧和相变材料侧的换热面积。同时梯级蓄热系统采用不同熔点的相变材料进行蓄热,提高了热交换流体和相变材料之间的换热温差。
