Abstract:

一种废线路板熔炼烟灰强化碱浸脱溴的回收方法,属于含溴熔炼烟灰的溴化物全湿法高效、绿色脱除领域,特别涉及采用强化碱浸将废线路熔池熔炼烟灰中溴化亚铜转化脱溴并分离的方法。其主要步骤如下:强化碱浸、中和除杂、浓缩‑冷冻结晶脱硫、冷水洗涤和蒸发结晶。与传统的碱浸技术相比,由于本发明采用了电场/超声/微波等强化手段,进一步破坏CuBr的晶体结构,加快了化学键断裂,加速了传质效果,降低了反应活化能,缩短了反应时间,降低了能耗,提高了脱溴率。本发明具有工艺简单易行,回收过程绿色无污染、高效节能及无尾气、尾液排放等特点。
