Abstract:

本发明公开了一种气动肌肉驱动的七自由度仿人机械臂,机械臂由固定支架、肩关节、大臂、肘关节、小臂、腕关节和手组成,肩关节配置有肩屈曲伸展、肩内收外展和大臂内旋外旋自由度,并且三个自由度的轴线相交于一点,肘关节配置有肘屈曲伸展自由度,腕关节配置有腕‑小臂旋前旋后、腕屈曲伸展和腕内收外展自由度,并且三个自由度的轴线相交于一点,机械臂的运动完全仿人。机械臂的每个自由度由一对气动肌肉拮抗驱动,使用鲍登线和钢丝绳进行传动。本发明仿人程度更高,传动系统更加简单,不同气动肌肉对之间力的耦合程度更低;气动肌肉的安装位置更加灵活,气动肌肉的排布更加紧凑,气动肌肉的预紧力可调。
