Abstract:

一种通过调控锂空位含量制备石榴石型固态电解质的方法,属于固态离子材料领域。石榴石型固态电解质其结构表达式为Li7‑zLa3‑yAyZr2‑xBxO12,利用元素A对La位进行部分取代,利用元素B对Zr位进行部分取代,通过改变x和y的数值,将锂空位含量z调控在0‑1之间。本发明能够显著降低立方相石榴石型固态电解质的成相温度和陶瓷片体的致密化温度,获得的石榴石型固态电解质具有较高的致密度和离子电导率,同时对金属锂负极有良好的电化学稳定性。本发明中的制备方法简单,成本较低,易于工业化生产,获得的石榴石型固态电解质可应用于全固态锂离子电池、锂‑空气电池,和其它储能器件等。
