Abstract:

本发明公开了一种基于应力应变的血管内超声弹性分析方法,属于计算机医学图像分析领域,特别涉及一种基于血管内超声图像弹性分析方法。首先在一个深度编解码配准网络模型中,令改进的代价函数最小化来估计血管壁位移,针对位移不平滑问题,引入两个不同权重的正则项来平滑位移,将迭代计算放在模型训练中,提高实际位移估计速度,然后在极坐标下基于应力应变计算位移的径向应变,最后使用彩色编码为径向应变生成应变弹性图,进而直观分析血管壁弹性。
