Abstract:

本发明提出一种Si/C纳米线制造方法、Si/C纳米线锂离子电池电极制造方法。本发明采用激光‑化学‑热处理复合工艺高效、快速、大面积制备Si/C纳米线。首先使用激光重熔Al‑Si合金,然后将重熔层腐蚀后研磨获得Si纳米线,再复合热处理工艺制备Si/C纳米线,最后经涂覆获得锂离子电池负极。该电极中Si/C纳米线互相连接并存在间隔,表面被非晶碳包覆,有利于缓解体积膨胀,保持结构的稳定性。该制造方法可实现高效、低成本、高产量制备性能良好的锂离子电池。
