Abstract:

本发明属于有色金属材料精密加工领域,具体为一种用于Mg‑Zn‑Mn‑Ca镁合金微细管的制备方法。该镁合金微细管材中含有Zn质量百分比:4.00~4.25wt.%,Mn质量百分比:0.15~0.25wt.%,Ca质量百分比:0.15~0.25wt.%。本发明方法制得的镁合金微细管截面直径3.1~3.4mm,壁厚0.25~0.40mm。具体制备方法包括以下步骤:(1)预处理镁合金管材坯料;(2)对管坯进行不低于13~15道次拉拔,制得镁合金微细管。本发明为热拉拔加工,前7道次为空拉,后6~8道次为活动长芯杆拉拔。本发明制得的镁合金微细管表面质量良好、尺寸精确、壁厚均匀(壁差率≤2.00%)、力学性能优良。本发明工艺简单、设备及加工成本低、加工效率高,可大批量生产。
