Abstract:
一种靶向掺杂构建高机电性能能量收集复相陶瓷材料及制备方法,属于压电陶瓷材料领域。该陶瓷材料的基体化学组成为0.2Pb(Zn1/3Nb2/3)O3‑0.8Pb(Zr1/2Ti1/2)O3(简记0.2PZN‑0.8PZT),并在其中掺加该复相压电陶瓷材料体积x vol.%的(Zn0.1Ni0.9)TiO4,其中x的数值为0.00~2.00。分别制备出0.2PZN‑0.8PZT基体粉料和(Zn0.1Ni0.9)TiO4;再按相应计量比配料,采用湿磨、烘干、造粒、压制成型、烧结步骤。本发明进一步提高了压电能量收集器件回收再利用环境中废弃机械能的机电转换效率,对压电能量收集技术工业具有重大的推进作用。
