Abstract:

本发明公开了一种低稀土高导热镁合金及其制备方法,涉及金属材料领域。该镁合金的各组分及质量百分比为钆5~7wt.%,铒0.5~2wt.%,锌3~7wt.%,锆0.5~1.0wt.%,其余为镁。合金的制备过程包括:将纯镁锭、纯锌块及Mg–Gd、Mg–Er、Mg–Zr中间合金等原材料熔炼制成铸锭,在一定温度和时间条件下对合金进行固溶处理及时效处理。本发明所获得的低稀土镁合金的热导率可达136.9W/(m·K),抗拉强度及延伸率分别为311MPa、23%,可解决目前常用镁合金的室温热导率与力学性能不能同时平衡的问题。
