Abstract:

本发明公开了一种含氟减缩型聚羧酸减水剂的制备方法,具体步骤如下:1)聚羧酸减水剂预聚体的制备:将含羰基不饱和单体、不饱和酸类单体与不饱和大单体在引发剂、还原剂和链转移剂的作用下,进行氧化‑还原自由基聚合反应得到含有羰基的聚羧酸减水剂预聚体;2)含氟减缩型聚羧酸减水剂的制备:含羰基的聚羧酸减水剂预聚体与Prakash试剂(TMSCF3)进行亲核取代反应得到含氟减缩型聚羧酸减水剂。本发明制备的含氟减缩型聚羧酸减水剂能显著降低表面张力,提高水泥的分散性,在高减水的前提下又具有高的减缩性能,与水泥的适应性好,且用于混凝土时具有较低的含气量,有效增加混凝土的体积稳定性,减小收缩开裂,提高混凝土结构的耐久性和服役寿命。
