Abstract:

一种低温催化氧化乙烯的铂锰基双金属催化剂,属于催化化学与环境化学领域。将Pt2Mn双金属纳米粒子负载到TiO2载体上,随后经过灼烧形成Pt‑MnOx/TiO2催化剂,其中金属铂的负载量为1.6wt%(质量分数)。制备方法为:在油胺体系中,采用油相还原的方法,将乙酰丙酮铂与十羰基二锰同时还原,形成尺寸均一的Pt2Mn双金属粒子,再采用浸渍法将金属粒子负载到TiO2载体上,Pt负载量为1.6wt%(质量分数)。将负载Pt2Mn催化剂经过300℃灼烧形成Pt‑MnOx/TiO2纳米催化剂。本发明所得Pt‑MnOx/TiO2纳米催化剂纳米颗粒尺寸均一,在催化领域具有良好的应用前景。
