Abstract:

本发明公开了一种采用扩散键合克服寄生振荡的结构和实现方法,包括激光增益介质、对应波长激光能够有效吸收材料构成的吸收层、外包层,其中激光增益介质、激光吸收层、外包层之间采用无胶热键合技术进行连接。本方法多次扩散键合在增益介质周围的吸收层材料,对ASE有较高的吸收。根据激光模式起振的阈值条件,当吸收材料对ASE的吸收高于增益介质对ASE的小信号放大时,产生的ASE无法形成多次反馈,无法得到持续放大,切断自发辐射光的放大通路,克服寄生振荡,有利于效率的提高。
