Abstract:

基于多层特征选择的固废焚烧过程二噁英排放浓度软测量方法属于软测量领域。本文提出基于多层特征选择的MSWI过程DXN排放浓度软测量方法。首先,从单特征与DXN相关性视角,结合相关系数和互信息构建综合评价值指标,实现MSWI多个子系统过程变量的第1层特征选择;接着,从多特征冗余性和特征选择鲁棒性视角,多次运行基于GA-PLS的特征选择算法,实现第2层特征选择;最后,结合上层选择特征的统计频次、模型预测性能及机理知识进行第3层特征选择,构建得到DXN排放浓度软测量模型。结合某焚烧厂的多年DXN检测数据验证了所提方法的有效性。
