Abstract:

本发明公开了一种应变控制的拉‑扭热机械疲劳试验方法,涉及材料热机械疲劳性能测试技术领域,该方法步骤为:(1)零机械加载下确定热应变补偿函数;(2)设定拉‑扭热机械疲劳试验加载参数;(3)零机械加载下施加两个温度循环;(4)施加设定的温度和机械加载;(5)记录试验数据;(6)根据失效判据或预定循环数来结束试验。因为剪切应变不随温度的变化而改变,本方法不考虑对试样进行扭向热应变补偿。本方法可用于材料热机械疲劳性能的测定,降低设计成本,提高设计水平。
