Abstract:

本发明涉及一种可高效化学强化的无碱土金属氧化物的高碱铝硅酸盐玻璃,其化学组成关系为(mol):O/(Si+Al)为2.14‑2.21且(Li2O+Na2O+K2O)/Al2O3为1.90‑2.33,化学组成范围为(mol%):66‑70SiO2, 8‑10Al2O3, 14‑17Na2O, 2‑4K2O, 0‑2Li2O, 0‑5ZnO,0‑4ZrO2。本发明玻璃可采用一步法或二步法低温化学强化工艺进行力学性能增强,熔盐温度不大于400℃,离子交换时间不大于5小时,表面压应力CS最大可达1096MPa,离子交换深度DOL不小于25μm,化学强化后维氏硬度625~696kgf/mm2,采用二步法化学强化后,玻璃的力学性能更佳。
