Abstract:

本发明公开了一种预制拼装桥墩连接构造与施工方法,通过增长灌浆套筒一端的长度,使其深入到未安装有灌浆套筒的桥墩节段一侧,使得灌浆套筒能够贯穿接缝,从而借助套筒钢材提供的抗剪能力,增加了接缝整体的抗剪能力。同时,贯穿的套筒增加了接缝两侧附近桥墩的刚度,使得接缝附近抗弯能力增强,降低钢筋拉断和混凝土压溃的可能性。本发明与现有相比有以下显著优点:1、通过增强接头的承载力,使得桥墩在地震作用下的破坏不在发生于接头处,2、更好的应用于预制拼装桥墩的连接中,尤其适用于高烈度区。
