Abstract:

一步法包载啶酰菌胺的介孔亲水性纳米复合体系的制备,属于纳米材料农学领域。将配置好的啶酰菌胺的三甲苯溶液滴加到十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)水溶液中,使溶液始终澄清透明,之后搅拌2h;啶酰菌胺与CTAB的质量比的优选为(0.1‑1.5):1;向混合液中缓慢滴入正硅酸乙酯,然后快速加入氨水,溶液始终处于40℃,上述混合液搅拌至出沉淀状态,之后常温至少搅拌10h;过滤用去离子水洗涤,干燥即可。在合成载体的过程中直接将药物装载进去,减少制备纳米载药体系的时间,制备过程更加简单。
