Abstract：
本发明公开了一种高精度接触式温度测量方法，属于热学测量技术领域。所述方法包括：制作由PN结组成的半导体测温探头，实现接触式温度测量。测量中采用串联PN结的方式成倍提高正向导通压降的温度系数，减少噪声信号对温度测量的影响，降低电路设计成本，从而提高温度测量的精度以及大幅度提高温升检测的敏感度。
