Abstract:

一种导电高流态自流平磷酸镁水泥的制备方法,涉及建筑材料领域。组分按质量百分比如下:(1)磷酸镁水泥:45%‑75%;(2)矿物外加剂:18%‑28%;(3)调凝剂:2%‑7%;(4)分散剂:1%‑5%;(5)降粘剂:1%‑6%;(6)导电材料:3%‑9%。将组分(1)和(2)置于球磨机中粉磨,至比表面积为500m2/kg‑700m2/kg,得到所需混合物料。将所得混合物料与组分(3),(4),(5)和(6)置于混料机中搅拌均匀。本发明所得磷酸镁水泥的流动度、粘结强度、耐磨性、抗裂性及抗折/抗压强度及导电性能良好,且无需人工抹面,短时间内达到自流平状态,解决了磷酸镁水泥施工可控性差的问题。导电性能的提升为磷酸镁水泥粘结纤维布的能化应用奠定基础,突破了磷酸镁水泥应用范围受限的难题。
