Abstract:

本发明公开了一种钢管护坡桩成桩回收方法,本方法通过在打设好的桩孔内布设混凝土护壁管和PVC护壁管,在桩孔内部形成护壁,在吊放钢管护坡桩时候可以防止桩孔塌孔,同时在钢管拔出过程中能够很好地抵抗周围地层压力,减小地层损失,在钢管护坡桩和护壁管之间的缝隙内灌注水泥浆可以在护壁管内部硬化后形成水泥石壁,起到加厚护壁管使之与钢管护坡桩完全接触从而与钢管护坡桩共同工作,抵抗周围地层压力,达到减小地层损失的效果。本方法可以减小钢管护坡桩拔出过程钢管桩与水泥石之间粘结阻力作用,使拔出过程更顺利,同时达到对钢管外水泥石造成疲劳损伤,防止在拔出过程中护壁管随钢管护坡桩上移的现象,减小周围建筑物变形。
