Abstract:

一种ZrH2添加的Y2O3‑W基次级发射体的制备方法,属于阴极材料的制备技术领域。以制备得到的Y2O3均匀掺杂的钨粉和411铝酸盐为基础,制备出含有激活剂ZrH2添加的浸渍型稀土钨基次级阴极,并对其热发射性能和次级发射性能进行了测试。发现有激活剂ZrH2添加的稀土钨基次级阴极的热发射性能和次级发射性能最为优异,它的零场发射电流密度是无ZrH2添加稀土钨基次级阴极的3.1‑3.4倍,它的最大次级发射系数是无ZrH2添加稀土钨基次级阴极的1.2倍。采用所述方法制备激活剂ZrH2添加的Y2O3‑W基次级发射体,具有优异的热发射性能和次级发射性能,有望应用在大功率磁控管中。
