Abstract:

本发明公开了基于磁场扰动与磁力双检测环的炉管渗碳层厚度评价方法与系统,采用了磁场扰动与磁力检测两种原理,系统由上位机、主控箱、磁场扰动圆环阵列传感器、磁力检测圆环阵列以及履带式管道攀爬装置等构成,可用于评估乙烯裂解炉管内壁渗碳层厚度。履带式管道攀爬装置搭载磁场扰动圆环阵列传感器和磁力检测圆环阵列沿炉管攀爬行进过程中,磁场扰动传感器单元的霍尔元件检测炉管表面沿母线方向的磁场强度,以反映内壁渗碳层对永磁体提供的磁场分布扰动程度;磁力检测传感器单元的薄膜压力传感器测量永磁体与炉管的相互作用磁力大小。利用检测得到的磁场强度和磁力沿扫查方向的变化曲线,对炉管环向和母线方向的内壁渗碳层厚度进行定量评价。
