Abstract:

本发明提供一种禁带宽度可调的钙钛矿单晶快速生长方法,通过调控原料卤素的比例调控钙钛矿材料的禁带宽度。通过合成得到卤素混合的钙钛矿粉末并溶解到有机溶剂中,通过添加聚乙二醇、聚丙二醇、聚乙烯醇或聚丙烯酸,低温加热生长出禁带宽度可调的卤素混合钙钛矿单晶。合成的碘/溴和溴/氯任意比例混合的铅基甲胺钙钛矿单晶大尺寸、形状规则、结晶性好。本发明可以任意调控铅基甲胺卤素钙钛矿单价,从1.51‑2.94eV禁带宽度任意调控。实验装置简单成本低,工艺简单可靠,所得单晶结晶性好。拓宽了钙钛矿单晶材料的种类。为在光电探测器和发光器件领域,寻找更优异性能的钙钛矿材料提供了新的材料基础。
