Abstract:

一种基于实时控制的优化运行策略并防止污水处理厂除臭系统崩溃的装置与方法,属于废气处理领域。其主要装置有:生物滴滤塔、填料、进气管路及组件、出气管路、气体循环管路及组件、液体循环管路及组件以及pH和溶解氧监测装置。其主要方法为:利用滴滤塔的进气对塔底部循环液曝气以维持较高的溶解氧。利用被滴滤塔过滤后的气体为循环气体以稀释进气恶臭气体,避免当恶臭气体浓度过高对微生物产生抑制。循环液由液体循环泵引入滴滤塔顶部液体喷头使循环液均匀滴在滴滤塔内的填料上,循环液的pH和溶解氧由pH和溶解氧检测仪监控。该系统在处理高进气负荷的恶臭气体时具有稳定高效的运行效果。
