Abstract:
一种“双晶畴”富锂层状氧化物材料及制备方法,涉及锂离子电池用正极材料技术。通式为Li[Lix/(2+x)Mn2x/(2+x)M2(1‑x)/(2+x)]O2(M=Mn1‑y‑zNiyCoz,0.1≤y≤0.5,0≤z≤0.25,0.1≤x≤0.8)。本发明一种“双晶畴”富锂层状氧化物材料是由单斜的类Li2MnO3晶畴与菱形的类LiMO2晶畴经过固相或液相工艺复合而成。本发明一种“双晶畴”富锂层状氧化物材料不但具有很高的放电比容量,循环性能好,且原材料成本和生产成本低,与现有锂离子电池正极材料相比,具有容量、循环寿命和成本三方面的优势,具备十分广阔的市场推广作用。
