Abstract:

一种降低烧结钕铁硼薄片磁体不可逆损失的方法,属于磁性材料技术领域。本发明以轻稀土金属速凝片为扩散源,以具有高不可逆损失的烧结钕铁硼薄片磁体为扩散磁体。将原料按照一定比例混合均匀以后,采用旋转扩散的方式在一定的温度条件下进行扩散处理。本发明可以有效地修饰烧结钕铁硼薄片磁体的显微结构,进而提高薄片磁体的矫顽力和稳定性,降低薄片磁体的不可逆损失。本发明在降低烧结钕铁硼薄片磁体不可逆损失的情况下,不需要用到重稀土元素,成本较低,且扩散源可以实现重复使用,节约资源,操作简单,易于大批量生产。
