Abstract：
一种具有液相烧结组织特征的WC‑Co热喷涂粉末的制备方法，属于硬质合金材料制备技术领域。以15‑45微米的WC‑Co球形粉末、75‑150微米的棕刚玉粉末及粒径小于0.5微米的炭黑粉末为原料，首先通过机械搅拌获得各相均匀分散的初始混合料，然后将混合料置于真空炉内进行分压烧结处理，冷却后过筛即获得具有液相烧结组织特征的WC‑Co热喷涂粉末。本方法制备的WC‑Co热喷涂粉末具有高致密性、高流动性和液相烧结硬质合金的组织特征，且工艺流程短、产率高、易于实现产业化。
