Abstract:

一种硬质合金异形制品的3D打印制造方法,属于硬质合金制备技术领域。采用原位合成的WC‑Co‑C复合粉为初始材料,通过添加特定分子量的有机成型剂调控所配制料浆的流变特性和固化行为,以使得喷雾干燥后获得具有超高球形度和致密性的球形颗粒;通过化学气相沉积技术在球形颗粒表面包覆钨层,使3D打印时颗粒间的粘结性增强;通过调控原位合成WC‑Co‑C复合粉中的碳量,并在低压烧结炉内对打印件进行后续烧结处理,抑制硬质合金制品的脱碳,同时提高其致密性。
