几种中药提取物在HIV潜伏再激活治疗中的应用，属于医药领域。包括以下步骤：中药植物材料粉碎的步骤；将中药植物粉料用提取剂过夜浸泡；提取剂为乙醇或乙醚和水的混合物；乙醇或乙醚和水所占体积比例为60％‑100％乙醇或乙醚和40％‑0％水；药物低速渗漉提取；将提取物浓缩，除去提取溶剂；中药植物材料为鸢尾科的射干、瑞香科的黄芫花、了哥王、芫花、铁海棠和大戟科的山乌桕、泽漆中的一种或几种；具有在制备抗HIV潜伏治疗药物上的应用的用途。
