Abstract:

一种原位Ni掺杂Co‑MOF‑74超级电容器电极材料的制备方法,属于电化学储能技术领域。以MOF‑74为选定MOF材料,利用原位生长的方法对Co‑MOF‑74进行Ni掺杂。以硝酸钴、硝酸镍为钴源、镍源,2.5‑二羟基对苯二甲酸为有机配体,利用水热法原位合成纯的Co‑MOF‑74和Ni掺杂的Co‑MOF‑74,并且研究了不同Ni掺杂量对比电容的影响,展现出了优异的电化学性能。本发明操作简便,成本低,在超级电容器电极材料制备中展现出了潜在的应用价值,为制备具有广泛应用前景的超级电容器指明了方向。
